The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.

Clean, modern rooms with thoughtful touches, and an overall vibe that feels both comfortable and welcoming. If this hotel were a chain, I’d say Gregori should be the head manager across all locations—and Breona absolutely deserves a major promotion. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
