We didn’t use parking, but Uber pickups were super easy right outside the entrance. Overall, this place hits all the right notes: safety, comfort, convenience, and charm. Black Swan - Liz DC - Executive Flat
The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.
