I also sent messages about service issues and questions, some going unanswered for up to six hours, even though the initial reply said they’d respond right away. The pool itself was warm and pleasant, but the glass tiling in several areas was deteriorating — pieces were loose and falling off, which raised safety concerns. While the property has a unique aesthetic, the lack of on-site support, poor maintenance, and frustrating communication make the overall experience far below expectations.
