Outside, it’s still Egypt—rich with culture and charm—but stepping inside feels like entering a different world altogether. There are plenty of dining options, plus entertainment on-site, and I was really impressed that there’s a currency exchange desk right on the first floor—super convenient for travelers. We booked a Nile-view room, and every morning and evening were made special by the stunning views: watching the sunrise paint the sky or enjoying the city lights reflecting on the river was pure magic. The location is excellent too—easy access to major attractions. Honestly, this place offers incredible value and comfort. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Cairo.

The hotel manager personally welcomed us with a drink before transferring us to the boat and arranged a private car for our ride back. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. I was really disappointed with this hotel, especially considering it's marketed as a 5-star property. The food quality was underwhelming— even the burger from the Garden restaurant didn’t live up to expectations. I booked through a platform, and initially they said I could only get two twin beds, which wasn’t ideal. I also arrived late and had to wait over an hour before getting access to my room. The room itself felt outdated and worn out—the sink faucet was loose, and the shower temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. To top it off, when checking out, they applied a significantly higher conversion rate for the taxi ride, adding an extra $10 USD to my bill. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price or reputation. Not worth it.
