Check-in was smooth thanks to the pre-arrival WhatsApp instructions—highly recommend downloading the app ahead of time. The room was immaculate, spotless and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh vibe that made us feel right at home. But the real highlight? The pool—it's easily one of the best in Kota Kinabalu. Spacious, beautifully landscaped, and crystal-clear water, it’s perfect for relaxing or just soaking up the sun. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, this place delivers an exceptional experience. Super convenient location, great value, and top-tier amenities—definitely going back!

We originally booked a condo hotel near Jesselton Quay, but when the property notified us of a one-day water outage, we quickly switched to this place instead. For family trips, a condo-style stay is definitely the way to go—and this one exceeded our expectations. The original booking only offered a refund for the day with no water, so we decided to skip the other two nights and just extend our stay here. The kids absolutely loved it—there's a pool and a kids’ play area on the 6th floor. Right below the building is the large Imago mall, and it’s just a short ride to Jalan Gaya; Grab rides cost only around RM6. If we didn’t feel like going out in the morning or evening, we’d order food via Grab—while room service isn’t available, picking up your order at the lobby is super quick and easy. One thing worth mentioning: the listing says 4 bedrooms, but there are actually 5—plus one family suite with a separate bedroom and a shared bathroom, making a total of six bathrooms. That extra space made all the difference for our group. Great value, excellent location, and very welcoming staff. Definitely recommend this spot for families looking for comfort and convenience.

The only minor downside is that parking requires purchasing coupons from a 7-Eleven, and there are occasional traffic fines in the area, so keep an eye on it. Overall, this place offers excellent value and a comfortable, stress-free experience. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a home-like atmosphere.

Arrived in Kota Kinabalu late at night after an early flight, and chose this apartment hotel as a convenient overnight stop. I got a taxi right outside the airport for just MYR 30—only about 15 minutes to reach the property. Since it was so early, the security staff hadn’t arrived yet, but luckily ran into another guest heading out who helped me access the unit using the password provided by the host. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a quick layover. Everything you’d need is there—kitchenette, bedding, Wi-Fi—no complaints at all. The location is fantastic: right below Imago Shopping Mall, so dining and shopping are just steps away. And in under 5 minutes on foot, you’re at the beach—beautiful views, gentle sea breeze, ideal for relaxing after a long trip. Honestly, the value-for-money here is outstanding. I’d definitely come back if I ever visit Kota Kinabalu again.

Getting around is super easy too; taxis are always quick to arrive, whether you're heading to the airport or exploring the city. I actually misplaced my wallet once, and the staff returned it untouched—truly heartwarming and incredibly reassuring.
