Breakfast is excellent: a great mix of international and American options, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. One standout feature? The front desk staff includes a lady who speaks fluent Chinese—huge help when navigating local logistics or making recommendations. Her friendly, attentive service made a big difference. Staying at The Westin Copley Place in Boston was an absolute delight from start to finish. Even though the room isn’t huge, it comfortably fits two queen-sized beds—perfect for families with kids who can squeeze in without feeling cramped. What surprised me most was how well I slept: I’ve struggled with back pain for years, but on this soft mattress, I actually woke up pain-free after three nights. It felt like a luxury spa experience every evening. The room came with a Keurig-style coffee maker, and there’s a Starbucks right next to the second-floor front desk—ideal for that morning caffeine boost. Bar10 on the second floor serves excellent food; we enjoyed a few meals there, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The hotel connects directly to two shopping centers, which made winter visits so convenient—no need to brave the cold just to grab a bite or do some shopping. Everything was spotless, and the place even had a brand-new renovation vibe. The bathroom features both a rain shower head and handheld sprayer, and while you do stand in the tub to shower, the water pressure is strong and refreshing. Facing north, the view opens up to the Charles River and the silhouette of MIT across the way—completely unobstructed. Boston is such a beautiful city, full of character and charm. If I ever return, I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.
