The location of Artim Hotel is excellent—just a short walk from the subway and bus station, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin. The description of the other property should be updated to reflect actual availability more accurately. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout—exactly the kind of service that turns a minor hiccup into a positive experience. This can wake you up if neighbors are leaving late at night. Other than that, everything else was excellent—the comfort, the atmosphere, and the value for money make this a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a cozy, quiet base in Berlin.
