Breakfast was generous, and since it coincided with Halloween, the restaurant staff were dressed in festive costumes, adding a fun, lively atmosphere—especially great for families. One minor inconvenience: checking luggage required going down to the basement level (-1), which didn’t have an elevator, and using the self-service lockers took a bit more effort than expected. Still, these small hiccups didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. The service, comfort, and value are top-notch—definitely planning to stay here again.

We stayed here during a trip to Copenhagen with my teenage daughter to visit our college-aged daughter who was studying abroad.
