We did, and they confirmed our reservation remained “Prepaid and Guaranteed” in their system. We returned to the front desk, only to be met with another dismissive staff member. When we pointed out that the platform had guaranteed the booking and that the hotel, as the principal, should be accountable for its agent’s actions, they begrudgingly found us an available room—though it had a broken window.
