The room was stylish, spacious, and perfectly designed for both work and relaxation. I took a peek at the rooftop pool and already can’t wait to take a dip on my next visit. The lobby bar and grill are fantastic—great vibe, excellent service, and top-notch food and drinks. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.
