When I complained to the server, I was dismissed with a dismissive wave. Even something simple like ordering a fried egg took 25 minutes due to long lines and poor coordination. Staff behavior felt unprofessional for a deluxe property. The rooftop bar itself has a great vibe and nice views, but service there was also painfully slow. Overall, while the ambiance and setting are strong, the lack of attention to detail and guest comfort during breakfast and evening service really dragged down the experience.
