To my shock, my reservation was canceled for 'no-show' and I was charged the full amount. This wasn’t just poor communication—it was completely unreasonable and felt like being taken advantage of. There’s no excuse for such a lack of professionalism or basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to see such a negative experience from a host who should’ve been supportive. I hope the platform steps in to address this issue—this kind of treatment shouldn’t happen to any guest.
