I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I made a booking online and paid in advance, but shortly after received a confirmation email requesting proof of my COVID vaccination status. I respectfully declined, as I consider my health information private and confidential. To my surprise, they canceled my reservation without prior notice or clear explanation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had already planned my trip around the booking. The lack of communication and professionalism left me feeling upset and stranded. I will not be staying here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking. It's not worth the stress.

The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with entertainment just a button press away. Staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to share local tips. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home.
