Absolutely loved our stay at this incredible hotel in Mexico City! We arrived well after midnight, and the friendly staff greeted us right as we stepped out of our Uber—such a warm welcome. Our Junior Suite King room was quiet, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. The coffee and continental breakfast were excellent—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff went above and beyond with their service, always attentive and genuinely helpful. This place truly stands out for its charm, cleanliness, and hospitality. I can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Mexico City—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in the city!

Staying at this hotel was hands down the best decision I made for my trip to Mexico City! The two-bedroom, one-living-room suite with a full kitchen was incredibly spacious—perfect for a family of three. The place feels brand new, with modern furnishings and excellent amenities. One standout feature? The laundry room on the basement level—the dryer is seriously powerful. We managed to dry a full load of clothes from all three of us in just over an hour. The hotel has two underground parking levels, and even though space is limited, they guarantee a spot. There's always a security guard at the entrance, which adds peace of mind. Located on a beautiful street in the Roma neighborhood, it’s safe, stylish, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores—everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff were warm and welcoming, and front desk personnel could communicate basic English without any issues. Overall, this stay was exceptional—luxurious yet affordable, and I’d absolutely book again.
