The location is unbeatable—just take the JR from the airport directly to Tennoji Station with no transfers needed. Exit at JR Central South, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, cross the skybridge, and you're right in front of the hotel. There’s a convenient elevator next to the drugstore; just press '3' to reach the lobby. The hotel connects directly to Q's Mall on the 2nd floor. Head down to B2 via elevator—on the left side, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, Uniqlo, Hands, Cross, and even a Starbucks. On the right, access to the Yodogawa Line and Hankai Electric Railway makes getting around Osaka effortless. The room was spacious enough for large suitcases, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Still, once you’re inside, it feels like a hidden gem. I was happy to get a complimentary drink upon arrival—a nice touch! The champagne in-room is paid, but that’s expected. One downside: the on-site omakase dinner was disappointing—way too bland and not worth the price. I’d skip it if I were you. Overall, though, everything else hit the mark—the ambiance, design, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again, especially for travelers who appreciate character and charm over cookie-cutter hotels.
