This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that’s supposed to offer a convenient downtown experience. It’s frustrating to arrive early and not even get basic amenities on time, let alone respectful treatment. The lack of coordination and professionalism really undermined the entire stay. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
