Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right across from a grocery store, just a short walk to a fantastic Japanese grill, and only a block away from some great shopping spots. Getting to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Griffith Observatory is so easy—whether by car or public transit, everything is within reach. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design and top-notch amenities. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. And the on-site bar? One of the best in all of Los Angeles—perfect for a relaxing evening drink with a view. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at the Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from Universal Studios, and while there’s also a shuttle service available, walking is quick and convenient. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and satisfying—and dinner at the on-site café was equally enjoyable. That said, I was surprised by the $20 fee to use the microwave in the room. It felt a bit unexpected, almost as if they’re discouraging guests from bringing in their own food and pushing them toward dining at the hotel’s restaurant instead. Still, that minor downside doesn’t take away from the overall quality. The hotel feels safe, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely one of the best places to stay, and despite the microwave charge, we’d stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel truly stands out from the rest. The place is immaculately clean, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Its location is fantastic: just a short walk from public transit, making it easy to explore downtown Los Angeles without needing a car. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, so you’re never far from a good meal. Breakfast was solid—offering a nice mix of hot and cold options, including some fresh pastries and local favorites. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully curated. If I ever return to LA, this will be my first choice again.

This was my third stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel, and it didn’t disappoint—everything is still top-notch. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and a gentleman named Mr. Li who speaks Chinese helped me out with great care and professionalism. The location couldn’t be better—just a 15-minute walk to Universal Studios, or you can hop on the complimentary shuttle right outside the hotel entrance for a direct ride to the park gate. Saves so much time and energy! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Free coffee and tea were available, plus two bottles of water daily—very thoughtful. While the toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) weren’t left in the room, they’re high quality and delivered promptly when requested via phone. The ground-floor buffet breakfast was excellent—lots of fresh options including oatmeal, eggs, bread, bacon, beef patties, milk, and coffee. It’s all delicious and well-prepared, especially for $34 per person. We stayed for three days during a family trip, and the kids had a blast. The only minor issue? On the first day, we never put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but housekeeping never came by. The trash bin was overflowing, and I had to go down to front desk to request someone to take it out. That said, this was an isolated case. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience are outstanding. I’ll definitely book here again next time I visit Universal Studios.

Staying at Palihouse West Hollywood at Beverly Hills was an absolute delight. The design is sophisticated yet cozy, with every detail reflecting great taste and attention to craftsmanship. Though the space is compact, it feels thoughtfully laid out and incredibly well-appointed. I especially loved the evening bar—it’s a perfect spot to unwind with a drink under soft lighting and a relaxed vibe. The room itself was full of clever touches and high-quality amenities, making the stay feel both luxurious and personal. Located in a prime area, it's convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and everything felt just right. This place truly delivers on style, comfort, and charm—definitely a standout experience I’d recommend to anyone visiting LA.

Staying at Short Stories Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right across from The Grove shopping complex and the Farmers Market, making it super easy to stroll over for dinner, shopping, or just people-watching. Parking is $45, so I’d recommend dropping off your bags and walking across the street to explore—you’ll save money and avoid extra fees on the other side. The hotel itself is a charming boutique property housed in a renovated historic building. It’s cozy, stylish, and full of character, with clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely courtyard lounge area that feels like a hidden retreat. There’s also a peaceful pool perfect for unwinding after a busy day. While breakfast isn’t included, there are plenty of great options nearby—coffee shops and brunch spots open by 10 a.m., so you’re never far from a good meal. A five-minute walk takes you to Trader Joe’s, where you can grab snacks, drinks, or souvenirs. Overall, this place offers a unique, authentic vibe with excellent value. Definitely worth returning.

Staying at the AC Hotel Beverly Hills was an absolute highlight of my trip to LA. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The blackout curtains were a game-changer, especially with early morning wake-ups. The shower setup is modern and powerful, delivering consistent water pressure that made my morning routine so relaxing. What really stood out was the value: $2,200 HKD in this area of Beverly Hills is surprisingly affordable. A quick Uber ride to Rodeo Drive cost just $12—super convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout check-in and check-out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to LA and would recommend it without hesitation.

The value for money here is unbeatable. While the shared bathroom is basic, it’s perfectly functional—especially considering the price point. I’d recommend bringing your own sheets since they’re not provided, but that’s a minor detail. The location is excellent—super close to public transit and downtown LA, making it easy to explore the city without spending much on transportation. It’s ideal for budget travelers who want a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Overall, this place delivers more than expected for such a low rate.

Staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills was an absolute highlight. I could tell it was a busy time—Oscars season, perhaps?—as many rooms were booked, but that didn’t take away from the luxury experience. The small balcony was a real plus, offering a quiet spot to enjoy the view and some fresh air. While the price is definitely on the higher end, the service, comfort, and overall ambiance make it worth every penny. Location-wise, it’s tucked into a residential neighborhood, so you won’t find bustling shopping or nightlife nearby—but that’s part of its charm. It’s peaceful, quiet, and feels like a private retreat. If you’re looking for convenience and city energy, this might not be the best fit. But if you want a serene, high-end stay with exceptional service, this hotel delivers. Definitely recommend for those seeking a refined escape.

Staying at Lyfe Inn & Suites by Aga - Beverly Hills was a fantastic experience for a quick overnight in LA without overspending. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-located—perfect for travelers who want comfort without the high price tag. My room was cozy and inviting, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Arpan, the manager. He noticed I’d left my Apple Watch charging behind and immediately reached out to check if I was still in town. Even though I had already departed, he arranged to ship it back to me at no cost. His kindness and professionalism were genuinely impressive—especially in an industry where such personal attention is rare. This level of care made all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to LA, and I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting the area.

Staying at the Wilshire Crest Hotel was an excellent experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, with a great view and quiet surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with any request. Location-wise, it’s very convenient for getting around downtown LA via public transit. One small note: I noticed there was no bread available for breakfast, which was a bit disappointing since I enjoy it with my morning coffee. That said, the rest of the breakfast options were delicious and well-prepared. All in all, this hotel offers fantastic value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Los Angeles Beverly Hills was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Rodeo Drive and perfect for exploring nearby areas like UCLA. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making every interaction feel personal and genuine. The amenities are top-notch: clean, stylish rooms with thoughtful touches throughout. While there's a daily guest amenity fee of $35, it’s well worth it. Of that, $15 can be used at the on-site restaurant, which offers a diverse menu—especially impressive was the seafood stew featuring half a lobster, fresh shrimp, and scallops. Breakfast included free coffee and milk, a nice start to the day. I also loved being able to borrow bikes for a ride around the neighborhood, and the complimentary 3-mile Uber ride per day made getting to places like Rodeo Drive effortless. Plus, the evening wine hour from 5 to 6 PM was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value and a truly memorable experience.
