The service here was exceptional from start to finish. Warm welcome with chocolate and refreshments upon check-in, friendly and attentive staff throughout, and seamless communication. The restaurant team was equally welcoming, and the food was delicious—my favorite meal of the entire trip. Complimentary minibar drinks were always restocked daily, and I especially loved the nightly turndown service, where they sprayed my chosen fragrance into the room—such a thoughtful touch. This stay wasn’t just comfortable; it felt personal and special. It’s honestly the most memorable part of my Amsterdam journey.

This was our second stay at this wonderful apartment, and once again we were thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Amsterdam, just steps from a picturesque canal with a charming historic building. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a true home-away-from-home feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. The only downside? Parking is nearly impossible, and unloading luggage upon arrival is extremely challenging due to constant road closures, shifting traffic patterns, and ongoing construction throughout the city. Even the GPS struggles to keep up! Despite that, the convenience, atmosphere, and overall quality make this a top choice. We’ll definitely be back.
