Kids had a blast at the Amazon Water Park, and if they wanted something calmer, the Adventure Kingdom kept them entertained too. Every corner of the resort is Instagram-worthy—perfect for photos! Special shoutout to our concierge, Cindy, who went above and beyond. She arranged our room with care, anticipated our needs, and made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. The fireworks lasted nearly two hours, creating a magical atmosphere. Whether strolling along the shore or taking the shuttle back to the hotel, everything was super convenient. The shuttle service responded quickly, with little to no waiting time. The front desk staff were proactive and always ready to help with any request—something I truly appreciate. The hotel is well located and very convenient for exploring Sanya, especially near the Eternal Love Show and duty-free shopping area. The room was clean, spacious, and offered great value for money. However, I’d strongly advise avoiding higher floors due to frequent helicopter flights overhead—on average, one passes by every 10–15 minutes, almost nonstop throughout the day. The noise can be quite disruptive, especially in the morning. Unfortunately, staff seemed unaware of this issue and couldn’t provide any clarification. That said, the hotel does offer free parking, which is a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. If you're sensitive to noise or planning a peaceful stay, choosing a lower floor would make a significant difference.

Breakfast was a real highlight: a great variety of options that even the kids loved—light congee, fluffy pastries, and fresh fruit were all on offer, so we didn’t have to stress about finding kid-friendly meals. What truly blew us away was the location. Just a short walk to Xianmang Night Market, perfect for evening strolls and local street food adventures. And getting to Yemeng Long Beach was just as easy—no long detours needed to enjoy the sand and sea during the day. Clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and perfectly positioned, this hotel delivers amazing value. We’ll definitely be back here on our next trip to Sanya.
