Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

The resort’s lush surroundings are stunning—just stepping onto the balcony gives you an unbeatable view of the sea and sky. Right below the hotel, there's a swimming pool and a lively shopping street where you can easily grab snacks, shop, or just stroll around. You’ll find a Starbucks, a food court, a KFC, and even a 24-hour Lawson convenience store—all within walking distance. Kids had a blast at the Amazon Water Park, and if they wanted something calmer, the Adventure Kingdom kept them entertained too. Every corner of the resort is Instagram-worthy—perfect for photos! Special shoutout to our concierge, Cindy, who went above and beyond. She arranged our room with care, anticipated our needs, and made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. The buffet breakfast was also excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. This resort truly feels like a paradise getaway. If we ever come back to Sanya, this will be our first choice again.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and welcoming. I stayed in a standard twin room, around 20 sqm — spacious enough for a solo or business traveler. The room featured a clean, modern take on traditional Chinese design: minimalist wooden furniture, warm white and beige tones, soft lighting, and a cozy little desk area. The bed was comfortable with firm support, and the bedding felt fresh and crisp. Large curtains offered excellent blackout, which helped me sleep well. The bathroom had strong lighting, good ventilation, and a reliable hot water system — even though it wasn't separated into dry/wet zones, it still felt tidy and functional. Hot water came fast, and all essentials like shampoo and soap were provided. The hotel also has a parking lot, which is a big plus if you're arriving by car. Overall, cleanliness, safety, and service quality are top-notch. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive.
