Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

The hotel is well located and very convenient for exploring Sanya, especially near the Eternal Love Show and duty-free shopping area. The room was clean, spacious, and offered great value for money. However, I’d strongly advise avoiding higher floors due to frequent helicopter flights overhead—on average, one passes by every 10–15 minutes, almost nonstop throughout the day. The noise can be quite disruptive, especially in the morning. Unfortunately, staff seemed unaware of this issue and couldn’t provide any clarification. That said, the hotel does offer free parking, which is a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. If you're sensitive to noise or planning a peaceful stay, choosing a lower floor would make a significant difference.
