Getting around was easy—taxis were always available, and the on-site food street, Niji Night Market, buzzed with energy, offering everything from local snacks to fresh fruit. Dining options across the property were impressive: the Thai restaurant delivered great value at about $100 per person, while other eateries were affordable and satisfying. For entertainment, there’s a cinema, a quiet bookstore, and rotating art exhibitions—perfect for all ages. Extra touches like a convenience store, pharmacy, and complimentary stroller rentals made life super convenient. After a full day of exploring, we stopped by Tuicui for afternoon tea—delicate pastries with elegant designs and delicious flavors that made the perfect pick-me-up. And kudos to Wang Jingjing at reception—her kindness, patience, and helpfulness truly stood out. This place feels grand yet welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

The environment is peaceful enough despite being central—no major noise disturbances. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and come with all the essentials: fitness center, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant. While the breakfast selection is decent, it’s not worth the full price tag of $58. That said, the highlight has to be the pool—crystal-clear water, perfectly maintained, and so refreshing. It truly made the stay feel luxurious. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a great vibe.

Right below the hotel, there's a swimming pool and a lively shopping street where you can easily grab snacks, shop, or just stroll around. You’ll find a Starbucks, a food court, a KFC, and even a 24-hour Lawson convenience store—all within walking distance. Kids had a blast at the Amazon Water Park, and if they wanted something calmer, the Adventure Kingdom kept them entertained too. Every corner of the resort is Instagram-worthy—perfect for photos! Special shoutout to our concierge, Cindy, who went above and beyond. She arranged our room with care, anticipated our needs, and made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. The buffet breakfast was also excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. This resort truly feels like a paradise getaway. If we ever come back to Sanya, this will be our first choice again.

The minimalist shower design leaves little room for toiletries or clean clothes—where exactly do you put them? I asked the front desk if there were alternative kettles available, but couldn’t find any throughout the entire property—really disappointing. Also, the showerhead is positioned quite low, which might not suit everyone’s preference. Still, despite these minor issues, the staff were friendly, the ambiance was relaxing, and the views were worth every penny. It’s definitely a place I’d consider returning to.
