Staying at The Westin Excelsior, Rome was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed with a strong sense of old-world European charm—every detail felt authentic and elegant, like stepping into a classic Italian villa. While there wasn’t an electric kettle in the room, it didn’t affect our stay since we brought our own travel coffee pods and tea bags. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options including fresh pastries, fruits, cold cuts, yogurt, and hot dishes. Unfortunately, there were no Chinese breakfast items, so if you're expecting that, it’s best to bring your own. The location is unbeatable—just a 650-meter walk to the metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. It’s also close to the U.S. Embassy, which added a sense of security. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and cultural authenticity—highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome.
