Christina at reception loved my Xiaomi phone and even used my selfie camera to take a bunch of fun photos of me — she was so cheerful and engaging! Another Filipino front desk agent also helped with my luggage, and both worked together seamlessly to get me to my taxi. The room isn’t big, but it’s clean, well-equipped with slippers and tissues, and surprisingly comfortable. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable — right near Piazza di Spagna, steps away from shopping and sightseeing, and just a short walk to metro stations. We enjoyed it every morning, and the rooftop dining area offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room itself isn’t large—typical for a central Rome hotel—but it was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned twice daily.
