This stay was absolutely perfect—the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and calming from the moment you walk in. The bedding felt luxurious, and I slept incredibly well. All facilities were in great condition: high-speed Wi-Fi, reliable AC, and quality toiletries provided. Everything worked smoothly, and the overall vibe was peaceful and comfortable. Location-wise, it’s just steps away from public transit, making it easy to get to Nankai University or First Central Hospital. It's also very well-priced for the quality. If this is what a great hotel feels like, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall, it was a solid experience. Located in the heart of the bustling city, the location is excellent and the price offered great value. The staff member who helped with check-in—a friendly, chubby gentleman—was exceptionally polite and even offered me to choose from three available rooms, which showed real hospitality. However, I must mention a negative experience with one male front desk attendant. He had an unpleasant expression throughout, as if I owed him money. I may have confused room numbers 810 and 815, but that’s no excuse for the rude attitude. Also, when I asked about laundry service hours, I was told it was available from 10 AM to 8 PM. Unfortunately, I returned exactly at 8 PM and was denied access—despite being a guest staying overnight. This lack of flexibility is frustrating, especially since guests are expected to manage their time around work or travel. Why not extend service slightly beyond 8 PM? It’s basic customer care. While the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and convenient, this one employee’s poor attitude really stood out. I hope management addresses this issue—great accommodations deserve equally thoughtful staff. Otherwise, it's a strong recommendation despite this hiccup.

A couple of minor drawbacks: some facilities feel dated, especially in the corners where the carpet could use a deeper clean. Also, the front desk requires copying my ID upon check-in—a practice I find unusual and concerning from a privacy standpoint, as I’ve never encountered it elsewhere. It’s worth reviewing whether this aligns with local regulations and security standards. Despite these points, the overall experience remains excellent. Great for convenience, charm, and comfort—definitely recommend for travelers who appreciate a quiet, central stay.

But what really sets this place apart is its surrounding area—it's literally steps away from the famous Xihu Dao Snack Street, where you can dive into authentic Tianjin street food without even leaving the block. There’s also a Carrefour supermarket nearby, so grocery runs and meal prep are a breeze. For travelers who value both food and efficiency, this is pure gold. The room itself was spotless and surprisingly well-designed for a budget chain—modern, clean, and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress struck the perfect balance between firm and plush, ensuring a deep, restful sleep.
