I walked to Min Yuan Square, Qing Wangfu, and the White Tower in under 15 minutes, and it only took a few minutes more to reach the porcelain house or Zhang Xueliang’s former residence on a shared bike. The sightseeing carriage stop is literally just 100 meters away—perfect for travelers who want to enjoy guided tours without walking far. Even better, the hotel is within a 3-kilometer drive of both the Italian-style district and Tianjin Railway Station, making it ideal for exploring the city with ease. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade—spacious, modern, and fully smart-enabled: lights, curtains, and sheer blinds all controlled with a tap. The air conditioning warmed up quickly, keeping the room cozy at 25°C throughout the night. There’s a self-serve coffee machine in the dining area and a microwave in the lobby—huge plus for late-night snacks or quick meals.
