I stayed in one of their premium suites, and it exceeded all expectations: spacious, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks to Fatih at the front desk; his warm smile and excellent service made a real difference. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of meals with great quality and presentation. The only minor note is that housekeeping could be a bit more meticulous when tidying up the beds, but honestly, it’s a very small point. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value and a truly memorable stay—I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Staying at 38 Hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.

I’d definitely come back! The location is excellent—easy access in and out, with a fast and attentive front desk. The enclosed parking is huge and incredibly convenient. One small note: the kitchenware in my room wasn’t very extensive—missing items like wine glasses, juice glasses, and soup bowls. However, when I mentioned it, they kindly brought them over right away. That kind of quick response really stood out. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money is unbeatable. I’ll be booking here again without hesitation.

Yes, the mini-bar has a fee, but that’s a small trade-off for such a great overall stay. Highly recommend this gem—it’s definitely worth staying again!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, safe, and central stay in Istanbul. Would definitely return.

The only reason we stayed at Nisantasi Residence was because of the amazing team at the front desk—Abdul and his brother were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. From recommending local restaurants to assisting with transportation, their hospitality made a huge difference. Even though the hotel itself is fairly standard, their warm service truly elevated the experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.
