This forced guests to walk down from the 5th floor to ground level—extremely inconvenient, especially for elderly travelers or families with kids. Such an unreasonable policy shows a lack of basic hospitality. The overall condition of the property was average, and the value for money was poor. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
