Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a few minutes’ walk from the M4 line terminal at Saw Airport, right next to the ferry dock to Kadikoy, and also near the airport bus departure point—perfect for easy travel. During my stay, I interacted with four or five staff members, each one friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and provided real support. I don’t understand the negative comments about being unwelcoming to Chinese guests—everyone I met was polite, respectful, and made me feel welcome. This experience was outstanding, and I’d definitely return.
