During my stay, I interacted with four or five staff members, each one friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and provided real support. I don’t understand the negative comments about being unwelcoming to Chinese guests—everyone I met was polite, respectful, and made me feel welcome. This experience was outstanding, and I’d definitely return.
