They honored my request and waived the fee—so if you do miss it, act fast! Communication is entirely through the chat system, which is professional and responsive. Always keep your phone charged and don’t delete the initial email with access instructions—it’s essential for entry. Overall, this place is perfect for quick city visits and delivers exactly what I look for in a no-frills, reliable stay.
