Staying at Hotel Arenales was an absolute highlight of my trip to Buenos Aires. The hotel's location is fantastic—easy to get around on foot, and everything you need is just a short walk away. The wine selection at the bar was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, especially the little snack platter—fresh, delicious, and perfectly portioned. My only suggestion would be to add a laundry service, which would be a huge plus for longer stays. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at Rugantino for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Located right in the heart of Palermo, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring the city—just a short walk to countless cafés, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood buzzes with life, especially at night, but feels safe and welcoming. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: smart TV, air conditioning, ample closet space, and even a hairdryer. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our comfort. Christian and Azul at reception went above and beyond, helping with luggage, offering personalized recommendations, arranging tours and transport, and even watching our bags on our last day while we enjoyed a farewell stroll. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—homemade style with fresh eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, cereal, pancakes, tea, coffee, mate, Greek yogurt, ham, cheese, and homemade jams. It felt like being welcomed into a family home. Roxy and Norma are hands-on hosts who make much of the food themselves—including the bread! And then there’s Lala, the hotel’s sweet little cat who became an instant favorite. She played with us, curled up beside us, and added such a special charm to our stay. Every detail was cared for, from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful touches. Truly a gem of a boutique hotel—thank you for such a memorable, heartfelt experience!

They’re not just staff; they feel like friends who genuinely care. From recommendations to assistance with anything we needed, their attention was outstanding. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

The location is perfect—just steps away from everything I needed in Buenos Aires. The apartment was brand new, incredibly comfortable, and had a fantastic bed that made for a great night's sleep. The shower was amazing, with strong water pressure and a modern design. Everything I needed—restaurants, cafes, grocery stores—was within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, keeping the space clean and fresh. This place offers excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back.

Gran Hotel Atlantic
My stay at Gran Hotel Atlantic was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness was poor—towels had holes, and the room felt unclean despite being a supposedly mid-range hotel. The bathroom layout is poorly designed: when you stand between the toilet and bidet to shower, water splashes everywhere, flooding the floor. The toilet paper dispenser is mounted so high that it's nearly touching the ceiling, making it awkward and inconvenient to use. There’s also a persistent musty smell in the room, suggesting inadequate cleaning or ventilation. For the price, this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and wouldn’t consider staying here again.
PH Palermo Hostel
The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful with absolutely everything I needed during my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, with no quirks or issues at all—just pure comfort. I really enjoyed the cozy rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening breeze. While it’s about 5km from the city center, there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, so dining out is super convenient. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and location. Would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers.

Stayed at In House BA - le Coq in Buenos Aires and had a great experience overall. The location is quiet and pleasant, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I booked through a platform and already submitted my passport details, but the customer service kept pushing me to complete a form that asked for credit card information and a PIN code. I felt uncomfortable sharing those details, so I decided not to fill it out. That said, the hotel itself is safe, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. No other issues arose during my stay. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Staying at Le Batiment Apartments in Buenos Aires was a really pleasant experience overall. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen—perfect for cooking meals during our trip. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The microwave is a bit old but still works fine for reheating food. The fridge cools efficiently, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable. TV quality is excellent, with clear picture and good channel variety. Air conditioning works well too. Right outside the building, there’s a convenience store and an ice cream shop, while just a few steps away you’ll find a waffle stand and a supermarket—very convenient for daily needs. There’s also a small square nearby, ideal for families traveling with kids. The staff were incredibly helpful: they offered luggage storage after check-out and even arranged airport transfers with a driver. All messages via WhatsApp were answered promptly. The neighborhood feels safe and clean, though it takes about 10 minutes to reach the nearest metro station on foot—still manageable. One minor issue: the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and there’s a large step leading into the shower area, which could be tricky for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. Also, cleaning services aren’t included for stays longer than 3 nights (we stayed 4 nights), so an extra fee applies if you want housekeeping. Despite that, the value-for-money is solid, and I’d definitely recommend this place—especially for travelers who appreciate a homey, self-catering stay in a quiet yet central location.
