I checked in during the afternoon, and the front desk staff, Catherine, was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely warm. After settling in, they surprised me with a complimentary fruit tray. I casually mentioned how nice the tangerines were, and within minutes, they brought out a whole large bowl! It was such a thoughtful touch—completely unexpected but deeply appreciated. This level of personalized service really sets the hotel apart. Every detail feels cared for, and the attention to small gestures makes all the difference. Definitely a 10/10 experience and a place I’d happily return to.

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and I was thrilled to run into Justin again at the front desk—his friendly demeanor and excellent service made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered every question with care. The room itself is spacious and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable feel. The housekeeping staff were also exceptionally polite and professional—always smiling and respectful during their rounds. One thing to note: breakfast seating fills up quickly, and by 9 AM, there’s already a line forming. It would be great if the restaurant could extend breakfast hours during peak times. On the parking side, while the system prompts you to notify the front desk before exiting, both times I left, there was no staff present at the gate. I had to walk back to the front desk, where I was asked for my room number and name again, then waited while they verified my details. This process felt unnecessarily time-consuming, especially since many other hotels allow self-service exits via QR code or license plate recognition. A simple upgrade to the exit system would significantly improve guest experience and efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—just a few small improvements needed.

Finally stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou—the dream hotel I’ve been looking forward to for ages, and it did not disappoint! Check-in was smooth and efficient, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm. My birthday celebration setup was thoughtful and beautifully done—perfect ambiance, and the cake was absolutely delicious, just the right sweetness. The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from service to amenities, every detail felt special. This is luxury done right, and I’d happily return again.

It’s just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and getting to the airport takes about 40 minutes, which is super convenient for business trips. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with great bedding and a well-balanced air conditioning system—just right, not too cold or too warm. But what truly stood out was the service. Special thanks to Miss Yang—her warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything, making our stay feel personal and welcoming. This hotel consistently delivers an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient; even though we arrived early, they went the extra mile to secure us a room promptly. The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also made use of the rooftop pool and fitness center, which offer stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning and great soundproofing—perfect for a good night’s sleep. I was especially impressed by the soundproofing; it was so quiet at night that I barely heard any outside noise, which helped me sleep deeply. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, and drinks to choose from, all tasty and well-prepared. Plus, the location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Guangzhou Railway Station and surrounded by shopping areas and local attractions. I absolutely love this hotel! The stay was fantastic from start to finish. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. There are plenty of nearby clothing markets, perfect for picking up some trendy outfits without needing to go far. The area is also full of great local eateries—I highly recommend the Bangladeshi restaurants just a short walk away; the food is delicious and authentic.
