A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

Also, the window blinds automatically opened at 8 a.m., which slightly disrupted our sleep—adjusting the timing or having manual control would be ideal. The hairdryer worked great, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool. I’d recommend taking a taxi to the hotel—it’s only about 14 RMB and much more convenient than trying to navigate from Taikoo Hui, where there are no clear signs pointing to the hotel. Getting lost in the mall is easy, so direct transportation saves time and hassle. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely a top choice for travelers.
