Rooms are sleek, well-equipped, and feature top-quality bedding—super comfortable for a good night’s sleep. He greeted us with a warm smile, handled check-in smoothly, upgraded our room without hesitation, packed breakfast for us to take to the marathon, and even extended our checkout time when we returned late after the race.
