Initially, we were assigned a room with a glass-enclosed toilet and bathtub, which wasn’t quite our style, so we requested a change the next day. They moved us to a ground-floor room with a regular bathroom—quick and hassle-free. Everything else was perfect: clean, quiet, well-located near the metro, and great value for money. Would definitely book again if ever in Lisbon!

It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.

Lilia, in particular, went above and beyond when we accidentally locked our car keys in the trunk while parked in the hotel’s garage (we rented the car in Spain, so this was a real panic moment!). We were completely stuck until Lilia stepped in, calmly coordinating roadside assistance and guiding us through every step. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference.
