What really stands out is the service: every time you walk in or out, staff greet you by name with genuine warmth. It’s so friendly, you almost feel like you’re being welcomed home. The room itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed, with incredibly comfortable bedding. The pillows are exactly my type—just firm enough to support, yet soft enough to dream on. After checking so many hotels, finding one with this feature made my stay feel luxurious. The soundproofing is excellent—despite being near the elevator, there was zero noise from traffic or people passing by. A fridge is also included, which is always a plus. The pillows weren’t my favorite, but that’s a minor detail. Staff were friendly and helpful, though breakfast service slowed down during peak hours. Even with available seats, the kitchen couldn’t keep up, leading to long waits in front of the dining area. Still, the B-breakfast option tasted great and was worth the wait.
