This hotel offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere—I’d definitely stay here again.

One elevator was out of service during my stay, but waiting time was minimal and didn’t disrupt anything. Room soundproofing is average—occasional sounds from neighboring rooms (like laughter) were noticeable, but by 10 PM most guests were quiet, so it didn’t affect sleep. At check-in, they placed a €200 hold on the credit card as a security deposit, which was fully refunded about a month later without any hassle. Overall, this aparthotel offers great value, especially for those who appreciate space, kitchen facilities, and a central yet peaceful location. I’d definitely stay here again.

He not only looked up the location and transit details but also wrote down the exact subway route and station names clearly on paper. That kind of personal care made a big difference. I left feeling genuinely appreciated. This hotel offers comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Munich—and I’ve already recommended it to friends.
