The Kimpton Epic Hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Miami's vibrant scene. The staff went above and beyond with warm, genuine hospitality, and I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The space is sleek and modern, with excellent lighting and comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. I loved how easy it was to explore local restaurants, bars, and nightlife from the doorstep. With its stylish design, prime location, and top-notch service, this hotel offers incredible value. Definitely planning to return.
Gale Miami Hotel & Residences
I stayed in a one-bedroom suite and it was perfect for my family of three—plenty of space, two beds that were comfortable, and a spacious living area. The kitchenette was fully equipped with clean, modern utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in—such a nice touch! I opted out of daily housekeeping and got two free drinks each day instead; a great little perk. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro and close to everything we wanted to explore. With its excellent value, comfort, and attention to detail, I’d definitely book here again if I’m ever back in Miami. Highly recommend!

The only minor issue was that the pool water looked a bit cloudy, but it didn’t affect the overall enjoyment. Location is convenient, close to the airport and local attractions, with easy access to public transit. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami Airport South—it’s a great value and offers a comfortable, stress-free base for exploring the city.

The only small hiccup was that we ran out of towels and tissues during our visit, so we had to pick up a few extras nearby—but honestly, that didn’t ruin the experience. The staff was responsive and helpful when we mentioned it. Overall, this place offers great value, a cozy atmosphere, and a perfect base for enjoying everything Miami has to offer. I’d definitely book again!

The stay was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had hair scattered all over them, which was really off-putting. The bathroom rug was even worse—there were nail clippings embedded in the fabric. The walls and baseboards were covered in grime, giving the impression that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds collapsed on the first night, making it unsafe to sleep on. While the location is convenient for airport access and public transit, the overall cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent, hygienic place to stay. Poor value for money, and definitely not worth the price.

Staying at OneLuxStay in the Heart of Brickell was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from downtown Miami’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room itself was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The only minor downside was the parking situation—there were many empty spots, but when assigned a higher floor like 17 or even 16A/B/C, you had to climb three floors just to get to your unit. The hallways between those floors are quite narrow, which felt a bit cramped. Despite that, everything else was top-notch: excellent service, quiet environment, and great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, but special mention goes to our host David—he was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request. The only minor note is that the suite doesn’t include daily housekeeping like the rest of the property, but when we asked for a mid-stay refresh, David arranged it promptly and without hassle. That kind of personal touch made all the difference. I’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend for families or travelers who value comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.
