The staff were attentive yet unobtrusive—never felt bothered, and honestly, I barely noticed the housekeeping team coming in. It’s like they worked behind the scenes while keeping the room immaculate. Breakfast can be ordered to your room if needed—convenient and well-executed. Plus, there’s a 24-hour convenience store just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for late-night snacks or essentials. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. This place deserves every single point—it’s a top-tier stay in St. Petersburg.

The room was fully equipped with a robe, slippers, kettle, bottled water, tea set, hairdryer, safe, mini-fridge, ironing board with an iron and steamer, plus a massive smart TV connected to various streaming services—I ended up binge-watching 'Young Sheldon' right after checking in! The soundproofing is excellent, so I slept like a baby. I especially loved the nightlight in the bathroom—no need to turn on the main light during nighttime visits. It’s such a small but thoughtful touch that made the stay incredibly comfortable. This hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Petersburg.

The bank right downstairs makes currency exchange super convenient, and there are grocery stores all around, so you can grab essentials anytime. Running low on rubles? No problem—just pop in and get more. The room itself is spotless, with a spacious loft layout that feels airy and modern. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch throughout my stay. I loved how quiet and well-maintained everything was. For such a prime location and fantastic value, this is hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in Russia.
