But what truly stole the show was the underground whisky bar, boasting an impressive selection that would satisfy even the most discerning connoisseur. Compared to some nearby luxury hotels that charge double the price, this one offers far better sightlines and no obstructions. Breakfast was an absolute highlight: oyster bar included! As someone who loves raw oysters, I was thrilled. One day, my grilled meat wasn’t quite right—I mentioned it casually, and the kitchen actually re-cooked it for me the next morning.
