Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The staff went above and beyond—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon check-in, which added a special touch to our stay. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: most of Prague’s top attractions, including the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, are just a 5-10 minute walk away. You don’t need to rely on public transport at all. While the building isn’t brand new and has a classic, slightly vintage charm in its decor, cleanliness was outstanding. Every surface was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom felt freshly sanitized. The check-in process involved filling out a form, but it was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for families or travelers who value comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I’d definitely book here again when visiting Prague.
Lesser Town Pawlansky Apartments
The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, located in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to most attractions on foot. Public transportation, including trams, was convenient and frequent. The only downside was the noise from the busy street outside—earplugs are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t smooth: no information was sent ahead of time, so I had to call to find out where to pick up the keys. Also, the key collection point closed at 11 PM, and it would’ve been helpful to know it was closing soon after arrival. Despite these hiccups, the apartment itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and stylish. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Prague.

In fact, you can reach Charles Bridge in just 15 minutes on foot, which makes it perfect for sightseeing without needing to rely on transport. The breakfast was generous and delicious—plenty of fresh options to kick off the day right. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff at reception went above and beyond—special thanks to Dasha, who speaks fluent Italian and made communication so easy, and Kata, whose local tips and recommendations truly enhanced our trip. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. This hotel offers incredible value and a memorable experience. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast at Hotel U Kříže was absolutely excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and full of variety. I started my day with a rich coffee and enjoyed a generous spread including fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries, eggs cooked to order, and traditional sausages. The quality stood out, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Prague’s historic center. The neighborhood is lively with great dining options nearby, and the hotel itself offers a clean, comfortable stay with cozy rooms and quiet surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Prague—great value, great location, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

The apartment was nearly perfect overall—very clean, well-equipped, and located in a convenient spot just a short walk from public transit. We loved the spacious layout and modern design, which made it feel like home during our stay. The only minor drawbacks were the mattress, which was quite soft and didn’t offer much support, and the curtains, which didn’t block out morning light effectively—sunlight started streaming in as early as 5 a.m., which could be disruptive for light sleepers. That said, these were small issues compared to the many positives: excellent location, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, and great value for money. For families or longer stays, this is an ideal choice. Would definitely book again.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the city center and perfectly positioned for exploring Prague’s highlights. The hotel itself is spotless, with staff who are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, well-prepared, and full of variety. While parking is limited and a bit pricey (only street parking available for up to 24 hours), it’s manageable given the excellent value for the prime location. The overall price-to-service ratio is impressive, especially in such a central area. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely return whenever I’m in Prague. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

This place met my needs and was reasonably priced—perfect for a budget-friendly stay in Prague. The room was functional and clean, though I’d have preferred full curtains instead of just a sheer half-drop one; it would’ve been quite noisy if I’d opened the windows. That said, getting around the city was super easy thanks to the frequent tram service (lines 1 and 2) that run right past the property—great for visiting major attractions without hassle. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding a nice touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers who value location, simplicity, and good value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Prague.

We stayed in the family room, and it was absolutely spacious—featuring one bedroom and a private bathroom. Even though just two of us were staying, it easily accommodated a family of five with plenty of room to spare. The unit was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided each day, which added to the overall comfort. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the bridge, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and mini-markets, and directly in front of a tram stop—making travel around Prague incredibly convenient. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I’d definitely book here again without hesitation.

We stayed at Aparthotel City 5 from July 30th to August 3rd, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Kristina welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality—she even took the time to guide us around Prague, sharing great recommendations on must-visit spots. She speaks fluent Italian, which made communication super smooth and personal. The studio apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped—perfect for a short getaway. What really stood out? The hotel’s adorable mascot—a sweet black dog named 'Nero' who greeted us with wagging tail every time we came back! It added such a special, homely touch to our stay.
