There was no welcome booklet or local guide, and the bathroom lacked basic safety items: no bath mat, slippery tiles, and no rubber mat inside the tub. I also found no laundry detergent, soap in the toilet area, or trash bags beyond one small pail. Condiments like salt and pepper? Gone. The bedside lamp had no outlet and no extension cord, rendering it completely useless. It’s hard to justify such minimal amenities at this rate. Honestly, the experience felt unwelcoming, and the lack of essentials made daily living inconvenient.
