The staff went above and beyond, especially Helena, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining area stayed open all day—a great spot to unwind with tea and homemade biscuits in the afternoon. With elevator access, restaurants just outside the door, and a grocery store only a three-minute stroll away, our five-day visit felt effortlessly relaxing. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and charm. I’d highly recommend Bishop’s House to anyone visiting Prague—it’s truly a standout choice.

I stayed on Wednesday and found the experience slightly better than my Sunday visit, possibly due to the fresh, friendly front desk staff—two new team members who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, plus the Sunday receptionist was equally warm and efficient. The room itself offered one of the best views in the hotel, with no obstructions and a perfect outlook over the city skyline. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, this hotel delivers excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Prague—and I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the city.

The room was on the third floor, so climbing the stairs was required, but since I’d already known there’s no elevator, it didn’t bother me. We stayed in a spacious 4-person loft-style room with a slightly steep internal staircase—practical and charming rather than inconvenient. The building used to be a monastery, and it really shows in the calm atmosphere: outside of the occasional door closing sound from neighboring rooms, there was almost zero noise disturbance. In fact, the only thing that stood out was the soft hum of the air conditioning, which some might find distracting, but I found it comforting. And the breakfast? Absolutely worth waking up for. It looks simple at first glance, but every item is thoughtfully prepared—balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and nothing tastes bland or overcooked. No disappointment anywhere. One small tip: slippers are tucked away inside the wardrobe, so don’t forget to check. Overall, this place offers a unique blend of history, tranquility, and genuine hospitality. We stayed in the family room, and it was absolutely spacious—featuring one bedroom and a private bathroom. Even though just two of us were staying, it easily accommodated a family of five with plenty of room to spare. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the bridge, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and mini-markets, and directly in front of a tram stop—making travel around Prague incredibly convenient. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I’d definitely book here again without hesitation.

We stayed at Aparthotel City 5 from July 30th to August 3rd, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Kristina welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality—she even took the time to guide us around Prague, sharing great recommendations on must-visit spots. She speaks fluent Italian, which made communication super smooth and personal. The studio apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped—perfect for a short getaway. What really stood out? The hotel’s adorable mascot—a sweet black dog named 'Nero' who greeted us with wagging tail every time we came back! It added such a special, homely touch to our stay.
