My stay at Tajview Agra was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring Agra. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially loved the two resident dogs, Max and Maya—they’re adorable and added a special charm to the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, while pricey (a friend’s rice dish cost $17 and tasted just okay), didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Given the quality of service and ambiance, it’s still worth it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra.

Bottled water was generously provided, and the bathroom stood out with its rare wet/dry separation in India, making it much more practical and hygienic. Breakfast was exceptional—offering a wide variety of delicious options across the main dining area, with attentive and friendly staff adding to the pleasant experience. If I ever return to Agra, this hotel will be my first choice. It’s a fantastic value, clean, comfortable, and truly exceeds expectations.

Walking into the room, we were greeted by a live scorpion on the bed—definitely not what we expected! Thankfully, the staff reacted quickly and handled the situation calmly and professionally. Compared to another hotel in Jaipur we booked for the same price, this place truly stands out in every way. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience—maybe even a little adrenaline rush—this is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Their dedication to guest comfort and safety made a lasting impression. A huge thank you to everyone who made our trip so special.
Bhoomi Residency
We booked this hotel through a platform for a family stay over Christmas, expecting amenities like a rooftop bar, swimming pool, and on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, none of these were operational during our visit. The staff were polite but seemed genuinely surprised to have guests arrive—almost as if they weren’t expecting any bookings. Once inside the room, we immediately noticed the door lock didn’t work properly, making it impossible to secure the room. There was no safe in the room, and the temperature was freezing despite the thermostat being set. Pillows were torn and looked unclean, and the overall cleanliness gave the impression that the room desperately needed a deep clean. The window overlooked an ongoing construction site, with thick mud stains visible from the outside. In the second room, exposed wiring was present where the light switch should be—meaning lights could only be controlled from outside the room. Inside, there was a significant amount of black mold growing along the walls. To make matters worse, all the promotional photos clearly did not reflect reality—the property appeared to still be under construction. After spending just 45 minutes at the hotel, we decided to transfer to another accommodation. The only reason this gets one star is due to the staff’s courteous attitude. We’ve requested a full refund, as the experience fell drastically short of expectations.

Their friendly demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This hotel offers excellent value, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra. It’s clear they care about guest satisfaction—10/10 without a doubt!

The bathroom was dated, but still serviceable. What really stood out was the location — super convenient, just steps from major attractions, and walking around felt safe. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I always felt secure leaving my belongings behind. I even stayed up late enjoying the evening meal twice, and wow — the dinner was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was underwhelming, but hey, two good meals out of three isn’t bad at all. The owner was present most days, warm and welcoming, which added a personal touch. I slept like a baby every night — something I didn’t expect on this kind of budget. If you're traveling light on cash and want a no-frills, reliable stay in Agra, this place delivers. Just keep in mind it might get a bit hot in summer, but for the price? Totally worth it. Don’t come here expecting luxury — but if you’re realistic about what you’re paying for, you’ll leave happy.
