Stay far away from this place—it's a major disappointment. No security, broken elevators, and the building feels more like a luxury ghetto than a modern apartment. The aluminum foil art piece at the entrance is just bizarre—like it was an afterthought. The sauna is unbearable; it smells terrible, and it’s literally right next to the manager’s office. She leaves her door wide open, seemingly unbothered by the stench of sweat and worse. It’s hard to believe this is supposed to be a high-end urban stay. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway in Brickell, there are so many better options nearby. You can easily find a much more comfortable, well-maintained place with better vibes—don’t waste your time or money here.
