The owner was incredibly warm and helpful—when I realized my ID card was missing right after check-in, she immediately jumped in to help search without hesitation. She even checked every corner of the room with me, and we eventually found it! The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and well-maintained, especially the gaming setup which is top-notch for any esports lover. Located just a short metro ride from the city center, it's super convenient and offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I stayed at Chengdu Shuxi Luxury Hotel Apartment for eight nights, originally planning just two — but the experience was so great I couldn’t leave. The spacious studio on the 20th floor offered a stunning view of the city skyline, especially at night when the lights painted the horizon in golden hues. I loved the huge windows — lying in bed, it felt like I was floating above the city with nothing but the sky outside. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, with a washer in the bathroom — a small luxury that made daily life so much easier. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, guiding me to nearby post offices and copy shops, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Walking around the neighborhood was a joy — there are countless restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring without needing to travel far. I did notice some dark spots in the bathroom, but they weren’t mold-related, and I’m sensitive to mold — no smell or irritation at all.
