Later, when I mentioned that my initial room had poor sound insulation, the team—especially the friendly staff member named Xiao Yang—immediately arranged a quiet, peaceful room without hesitation. Their service attitude was genuinely warm and attentive. A small suggestion: upgrading soundproofing in other rooms and giving the interiors a little refresh could take the guest experience to the next level. Overall, excellent value, top-notch hospitality, and a highly recommended stay.

I came to Chengdu for a concert and arrived earlier than expected due to a schedule change. I called the hostess, who was incredibly patient and helpful—she immediately sorted everything out and even let me check in early. The location is fantastic: just a short walk from Huapaifang Metro Station and super close to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to explore the city. The homestay itself is beautifully designed—clean, cozy, and filled with calming plants that help you unwind. It’s also perfect for photos, with a very Instagram-worthy vibe. The slippers were a nice surprise—they’re definitely women’s size and so soft and comfortable, I didn’t want to take them off! But the bed? Absolutely amazing. The mattress has just the right amount of bounce—after a long 12-hour train ride, lying down on it felt like getting a full recharge. I slept like a baby. There are two friendly dogs living on the property, but they only bark occasionally and never get aggressive. The room is well-insulated too—no noise from the downstairs lounge, which is a big plus. They’ve thought of everything: a private smoking area, a dedicated food delivery drop-off spot, and the lounge space looks really well-equipped (though I didn’t get to try it this time).
