I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice. The hotel itself offers everything you’d want: modern amenities, ample parking, and a fun touch with the food delivery robot—our kids were absolutely thrilled! The breakfast included a warm late-night porridge, which was such a thoughtful and cozy detail. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
