Rooms come in two options: river-view or standard, with the former being pricier but absolutely worth it for the view. Sitting by the window, watching the Chao Phraya River flow by, was peaceful and memorable. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from Khao San Road’s lively nightlife scene, though it’s a bit further from major shopping areas. However, getting around via the BTS or local transport is easy and efficient. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent service, and a unique riverside atmosphere—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

The overall condition of the rooms suggested years without proper cleaning. The location near the river is nice in theory, but the surrounding area is noisy and unclean. It's hard to believe such a place made it onto any booking platform, especially given the lack of basic hygiene standards. I’d strongly advise travelers to think twice before choosing this hotel—your experience could be just as frustrating as mine.
